Chingon’s menu is purposely limited - we don’t try to showcase a full cuisine as diverse as the Mexican kitchen. This simple taquería focuses on a small but mighty aspect of Mexican food: tacos. The six varieties at Chingón stay true to the history of each dish - everything in each taco we offer is made in the old style, in house and by hand.
